These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, courses, and events provided by Jessica Jane, trading as Jessica Jane Co, including beauty treatments, academy training, and wellness events. By booking or purchasing any service, you agree to the following terms.
1. General
Jessica Jane Co provides beauty services, education (academy courses), and wellness events.
We are committed to creating a safe, professional, and supportive environment for all clients and students.
2. Salon Bookings (Fresha)
All beauty treatment bookings are managed via our booking system, Fresha. By booking a salon service, you agree to Fresha’s booking terms, including:

Cancellation and rescheduling policies

3. Academy Courses (Training & Education)
3.1 Booking & Payment
A deposit is required to secure your place on any course. Full payment must be made prior to the course start date (unless otherwise agreed). Payment plans may be offered at the discretion of Jessica Jane Co.
3.2 Refund Policy
Course deposits are refundable as follows:

100% refund if cancelled 14 days or more before the course

50% refund if cancelled 7–13 days before the course

Non-refundable if cancelled within 7 days of the course
3.3 Transfers
Course places may be transferred to a future date (subject to availability). Requests must be made in writing.
Only one transfer per booking may be permitted.
3.4 Cancellations by Jessica Jane Co

In the unlikely event a course must be cancelled or rescheduled:

You will be offered a full refund or

The option to transfer to a new date

Jessica Jane Co is not responsible for any additional costs incurred (e.g. travel, accommodation).
3.5 Attendance & Participation
Students must arrive on time and attend the full course. Late arrival may impact your ability to complete the course successfully.
Respectful behaviour is expected at all times. Jessica Jane Co reserves the right to refuse or remove anyone from a course due to inappropriate behaviour, with no refund issued.
3.6 Certification
Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of the course and meeting required standards. Some courses may require case studies or assessments post-training.
3.7 Kits & Products
Course kits (if included) are non-refundable. Students are responsible for ensuring they use professional, safe products following training.
4. Wellness Events
Jessica Jane Co hosts a variety of wellness and community events.
4.1 Payments & Refunds
All wellness event tickets are non-refundable. Tickets may be transferred to another person or future event (where applicable).
4.2 Participation
Attendees participate at their own discretion. Any advice shared during events is for general wellbeing and educational purposes only.
5. Health, Safety & Allergies
Clients and students must inform Jessica Jane Co of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to treatment, training, or events. Patch tests may be required for certain treatments. Jessica Jane Co cannot be held responsible for reactions where medical history has not been disclosed.
6. Liability
All treatments, training, and event participation are undertaken at your own risk. Jessica Jane Co will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage unless caused by proven negligence.
7. Personal Belongings
Clients and students are responsible for their personal belongings. Jessica Jane Co accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
8. Photography & Marketing
Photos and videos may be taken during treatments, courses, or events for marketing purposes. By attending, you consent to this unless you request otherwise in writing.
9. Privacy
Your personal information will be handled securely and used only for:

Your details will never be shared with third parties without consent.
